Strategy.
Strategy work, I’ve come to learn, is like being a business therapist. It involves asking a lot of questions, guiding conclusions, outlining goals, and checking in to make sure we’re on track. It’s not complicated but it can be difficult and almost impossible to DIY.
Branding.
Branding goes far beyond the colour palette. Your brand’s personality comes across in everything you publish, every Instagram caption, every email you send. How do you define something as intangible as personality? With a brand language style guide, of course.
Content.
Once the branding and strategy is in place, execution usually requires a bit of elbow grease. Smashing out blogs, long-form articles, web copy, and social media captions is my jam.
